stupid" by Cameron's daughters. Yet it struck a chord
with fathers all over the world who, up to this point, assumed
that their daughters had been brainwashed by hostile extraterrestrials.

Mountain News in 1999 and was turned into a book of the
same name in May 2001. But it was on the Internet where
it really took off: the essay is currently carried on thousands
of websites, often altered and sometimes without Bruce's
copyright. Absolute

man on the Internet.

Couple
of Words With My Daughter - Posted 09/30/02 
As the father of three teenagers, I can tell you that a
teenage girl does not feel her day is complete if she hasn't
had at least one argument with her parents. It's futile
to try to pacify them; the only way to avoid a fight is
to move out of your own house.
